At Diamond Cross Ranch, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at the ranch, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
